Note on Our Jewelry:
All coral necklaces offered are genuine vintage or antique pieces. They are used and may show age-related wear, patina, or minor imperfections, highlighting their authenticity. Our products are not new items; please refer to the product description and photos.
3 – Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are only accepted after confirmation and receipt of payment. Please review your order carefully; cancellation requests may not be accepted after confirmation. Orders with shipping addresses outside Germany for coral products will not be processed due to conservation laws (CITES).

4 – Pricing and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Product prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and to pay all costs, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
5 – Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Germany):
We ship all orders in Germany with DHL. Each shipment is trackable. Shipping costs are €6.19 for orders under €150. Orders of €150 or more qualify for free shipping. We process orders promptly to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping to the EU:
We ship all EU orders for a flat shipping fee. All shipments are insured and trackable. Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days, depending on the destination country.
Coral Products:
Coral items are only shipped within Germany due to CITES regulations. Orders outside Germany will be canceled if placed. No age or origin certificates are provided. By ordering, the buyer acknowledges these terms.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
6 – Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including brands, logos, text, images, videos, and designs, is owned by Frau Muschel Buy & Sell or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use may violate local and international laws.
