Shipping within Germany
We ship all orders within Germany reliably via DHL.
Each shipment includes tracking, allowing you to monitor your order at any time.
Shipping costs:
€6.19 for orders with a total value of up to €149.99
Free shipping for orders of €150.00 or more.
Orders are processed carefully and promptly to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping within the European Union (EU)
Shipping within the European Union is offered at a flat rate.
All shipments are insured and include tracking.
Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on the destination country.
🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland
Orders shipped to Switzerland are handled as international shipments, usually via DHL International.
Shipping costs:
€14.90 for orders with a total value of up to €349.99
Free shipping for orders of €350.00 or more.
Please note that deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, and Swiss VAT, over which we have no control.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery or collection.
🇺🇸🇨🇦 Shipping to the United States and Canada
Selected orders are shipped to the United States and Canada as international shipments, usually via DHL International or a comparable carrier.
The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination, shipping provider, and customs clearance.
Please note that deliveries to the United States and Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes (e.g. GST/HST), and carrier handling fees, over which we have no control.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be paid by the buyer.
🌍 International Shipping (Third Countries)
Shipping to additional countries outside the European Union is offered exclusively as international shipping.
Available destinations, shipping costs, and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees, which must be paid by the buyer.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
Shipping and Legal Information (Coral Products)
Coral products are shipped exclusively within Germany.
Due to wildlife protection regulations, shipping coral products to other EU countries or to third countries (e.g. Switzerland, United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia) is not permitted.
Orders containing coral products with delivery addresses outside Germany will not be fulfilled and may be cancelled.
The sale is conducted as a pre-owned goods transaction acquired from the secondary market.
No documentation regarding age, origin, or species in accordance with international wildlife protection agreements (e.g. CITES) is available.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this Shipping Policy as a binding part of the purchase contract.
