Important Information About Coral Products

Coral products are available for shipping within Germany only.

Due to legal requirements, we are currently unable to ship vintage coral items to other EU countries or internationally (including Switzerland, the United States, and Canada), as no documentation regarding origin or species protection (e.g. CITES) is available for these vintage coral pieces.

Orders containing coral products with a delivery address outside Germany may be cancelled.

These items are sold as pre-owned vintage goods acquired through the secondary market.

All shipments within the European Union are sent with tracking and insurance.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some products in our shop are made individually after your order is placed.

  • Estimated total delivery time: approximately 5–15 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, production location, and destination country.

Applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Split Shipments

If Print-on-Demand products are ordered together with in-stock items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

No additional shipping charges will apply unless otherwise stated.

Right of Withdrawal

For Print-on-Demand products that are made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
