Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Goods
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;
- or, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the final item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
You may also use the electronic withdrawal function labeled “Withdraw from Contract” provided on our website. If you use this function, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal electronically without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will issue the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
3. Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. Please return the goods to the following address:

The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the delivery of goods:
- that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or specification made by the consumer;
- or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements, for example through names, personal text, photographs, or other customized designs.
Other statutory exceptions pursuant to Section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) remain unaffected.
5. Print-on-Demand Products
Some products in our range are produced only after an order has been placed.
The fact that a product is manufactured after an order is placed does not, by itself, automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. The statutory right of withdrawal generally continues to apply to non-personalized print-on-demand products purchased by consumers.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if a print-on-demand product has been made according to your personal specifications or has been clearly personalized, for example with a name, personal text, photographs, or another customer-specific design.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content and Downloads
For contracts concerning digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, such as digital posters, printable files, PDF or JPG files, and other downloads, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
The right of withdrawal expires before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period as soon as we begin performing the contract, provided that:
- you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired;
- you have confirmed that you understand that, by giving your consent, you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins;
- and we have provided you with the corresponding contract confirmation.
If these requirements are not met, the statutory right of withdrawal remains in effect.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Items
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

Whenever possible, please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate solution.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
8. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the next steps in the refund process.
Any refund owed will be issued to the payment method originally used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Processing by banks, credit card companies, or payment service providers may take several business days.
