Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which:

you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods; or
-
in the case of a single order containing multiple goods delivered separately, you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email or letter).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
-
that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

or in any other cases excluded by applicable law, including Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Some products in our shop are individually produced after an order has been placed.
Please note that production of these items may begin immediately after your order is received. Therefore, cancellation of an order is generally no longer possible once production has started.
This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
Where print-on-demand products are manufactured according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized (for example with names, custom text, photographs, or other customer-specific designs), no statutory right of withdrawal exists pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment service providers may take several business days to process your refund.
